Return Timeframes

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Damaged Lights/Globes

If you receive a damaged light or globe, please contact us within 48 hours and provide detailed information and photos of the damage. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and replaced at no additional cost to you.

Fair Assessment

Standard Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and parts included. Once we receive your returned item, we will conduct a fair and thorough assessment. We will notify you of the status of your return and refund after inspecting the item.
Non-refundable Items: Please note that unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds. We encourage customers to track their shipments and make arrangements to receive their orders promptly.
Reshipping: If you wish to have an unclaimed package reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply. Reshipping fees will be determined based on the size, weight, and final destination of the package.
Non-returnable Items: Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
