Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery Estimates:

Large Items: 7-20 days
Custom Items: 10-28 days

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Unclaimed Parcels:

Non-Refundable: Please note that unclaimed packages will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to track their shipments and make arrangements to receive their orders promptly.
Reshipment: If you wish to have an unclaimed package reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply. The cost for reshipment will be determined based on the package size, weight, and the final destination.
